Parmesan Chicken』
I think Chicken Parmesan is one of the most popular food.
It is so easy to make, just a chichen with parmesan
but I think it is american!

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour (1 cup=250ml in the US)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 extra-large eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 1/4 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra for serving
Unsalted butter
Olive oil

Pound the chicken breasts until they are 1/4-inch(1inch=2.5cm) thick.
Combine the flour, salt, and pepper on a dinner plate.
On a second plate, beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water.
On a third plate, combine the bread crumbs and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan.
Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with the flour mixture, then dip both sides into the egg mixture and dredge both sides in the bread-crumb mixture, pressing lightly.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saute pan and cook.
Serve with extra grated Parmesan.

Easy! right?

easy and good is the important things for me!

sun tan』
My husband got really realy good sun tan...
I think that is sun burn.

Really really red.
I am sure that is hurt sooooooo bad.
Poor my husband.

but funny thing is, the tan is farmer's sun tan!!!
Farmer's sun tan = looks like he is wearing T-shirts & socks.
When he got the tan, he was wearing T-shirts and shorts.
So, the places it was hiding under the clothes are white, but his neck, arm and face are really really red.

I hope he will be okay in few days...
